Convenient and lovely location on Oak St, between Washington and Middle. Easily walkable to BIW and all of downtown Bath. Almost a private house, just with a quiet neighbor in the one bedroom unit on the first floor.

Apartment has a spacious master bedroom on the third floor and two small bedrooms/offices on the second and third floors. Though it could be listed as a three bedroom, we're listing it as a two given how small those two rooms are, but both are suitable for kids or guests. The ample sized kitchen opens onto a full dining room. The living room is very large, as is the full bathroom with laundry.

Apartment comes with access to a large outdoor yard around the property, shared with the downstairs neighbor. You will note that a train track runs next to this house. It is not Amtrak or a heavy freight line. Trains are rare and when they do pass they pass very slowly (I live next to the very same line several blocks away).

Heat and hot water are tenants' responsibility, and both are provided by a wall mounted condensing boiler which runs on propane, though if you prefer to avoid the hassle and seasonal spikes, we can cover the propane for a $300/month supplement. Electricity is also tenants' responsibility. Landlord covers water/sewer. One off-street parking spot is included. Cat friendly and most dogs are allowed, too. Limit two pets. Absolutely no smoking on the property, including cannabis.
