The front of the house features a covered porch, water feature, lawn, strawberry- and flower beds, and overlooks the pastures and pond. The backyard is HUGE, and features a covered patio, greenhouse, lawns, fruit trees, and is deer-proof with 6-foot fence (vegetable garden possible). The pull-through driveway has ample space for parking and storage of hay if needed. This property is unfurnished.

Four acres of pasture can be rented for livestock for additional rent of $100 per month, pasture maintenance, pump electricity and irrigation are tenant responsibility. Pets on approval with $500 increased security deposit. Additional security deposit of $500 per animal for livestock. Water/Septic provided. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, pellets if used & cable. Base Security Deposit $3450.00

All adults over 18 years of age must fill out application. Carpet cleaning will be paid out of security deposit at time of move out. Security deposits may increase depending on credit, rental history. Available dates may vary depending on tenant move out
Renters insurance is required.

I am female and regularly walk to restaurants, grocery stores, music halls, Downtown Bend, Drake Park etc and I always feel safe and feel a sense of community and caring for others and our furry friends.
