Four acres of pasture can be rented for livestock for additional rent of $100 per month, pasture maintenance, pump electricity and irrigation are tenant responsibility. Pets on approval with $500 increased security deposit. Additional security deposit of $500 per animal for livestock. Water/Septic provided. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, pellets if used & cable. Base Security Deposit $3450.00
