Welcome to 609 Marathon Dr, a lovely, peaceful, and quaint townhouse in an ideal Campbell location. The entire interior has been completely renovated with high-end finishes and amenities. The lighting throughout the home, in particular on the second floor, is spectacular.

The home features solid hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen has been completely re-modeled with solid wood cabinets and stainless steal appliances. The dishwasher was upgraded last year to a top of the line Bosch. The living room and kitchen open up to the custom-built patio which features lush vegetation. The patio is a spectacular place to have outdoor meals and enjoy the beautiful California weather. The plants are fully irrigated on an automatic timer, so minimal maintenance is required. Downstairs there is a half bath, and upstairs there is a full bath with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms were fully re-modeled last year and feature Italian tiling, niches, and plenty of vanity storage space. The house is equipped with air-conditioning mini-splits in both upstairs bedrooms, which can be controlled individually with remotes. The home has central heating controlled via Nest for those cooler winter months. The in-unit washer-dryer is located in the garage. Both bedrooms have black-out blinds, to ensure a quality good-night sleep, and curtains for privacy during the day. The master and second bedrooms, and one of the hallway closets feature custom closets with Elfa shelving systems, for ample storage space. There is an additional hallway closet at the top of the stairs. The garage is equipped with a custom Elfa storage system, including a rack for a bicycle, GravityGrabbers for ski storage, and a workbench with hanging space for tools and other equipment. The unit has a 1-car garage and 1-car carport, for a total of 2 parking spots. There is ample street parking if needed on Marathon Dr.

The location is truly unbeatable: shopping centers in walking distance across the street, 5 minutes from the lively downtown Campbell, and easy access to major expressways such as Lawrence and San Tomas. Note, the apartment comes unfurnished, the photos in the listing are for reference only.

Renter is responsible for all utilities including: internet, gas, electric, water, and garbage disposal.

No smoking or pets are allowed.

Lease term is 1 year, with option to renew at landlord's discretion.
Renter is responsible for organizing professional cleaning of the property once a month.
