Avoiding misuse of plumbing, appliances, and other fixtures.
Outdoor Areas (If Applicable): If the townhouse includes exclusive-use outdoor areas (e.g., patios, balconies, private yards), Tenant shall maintain them in a clean and tidy condition. Personal items shall not be left in shared or common areas.
Alterations and Fixtures: Tenant shall not make any alterations to the Premises including painting, installing fixtures, or mounting items to walls without prior written approval from the Landlord.
