Perfect location to walk to Nights of Lights, parades and other holiday festivities. Neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks, water views, park and only a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, yoga/pilates/barre (1 block), library, shopping, live music and more.
So many extras - too many to list so please ask! Owners are very health conscious and installed a whole house water filtration system as well as extra filtration for the cleanest drinking water. Bedroom has a newer, super comfortable Organic Avocado Brand Queen mattress with attached side tables, overhead lamps plus reading lamps, ceiling fan with remote. Lots of storage with closet, dresser, 6 large drawers built into bed. Work center with desk, lamp, surge protector power strip for multiple electronics and comfortable leather swivel chair. Bathroom offers plenty of storage and countertop space, clean white tile floor, bath/shower combo plus heated toilet seat/bidet. Apartment has it's own new water heater and HVAC system. Safe and located on second floor above garage that does not hold cars. Must be able to climb stairs comfortably and safely (safe stairs include a handrail and new, non-slip trex stairs installed recently). Lighting at top and bottom of stairwell and well lit entrance. Ideal for a quiet single person/couple. Includes Internet, electricity and water so no additional costs or set up needed. Owners live on site in a two-story detached home on corner lot. Quiet and respectful renters please.

This is our home and we prefer a quiet and considerate renter for ourselves as well as our neighbors. This is such a wonderful neighborhood! We love it.
