Lots of storage with closet, dresser, 6 large drawers built into bed. Work center with desk, lamp, surge protector power strip for multiple electronics and comfortable leather swivel chair. Bathroom offers plenty of storage and countertop space, clean white tile floor, bath/shower combo plus heated toilet seat/bidet. Apartment has it's own new water heater and HVAC system. Safe and located on second floor above garage that does not hold cars. Must be able to climb stairs comfortably and safely (safe stairs include a handrail and new, non-slip trex stairs installed recently). Lighting at top and bottom of stairwell and well lit entrance.
