I have two very private rooms available for rent in our 4BR home. ReRent is $650 for each room, which includes utilities and community pool access. It may or may not be furnished, depending on your preference. Bathroom is shared with the other tenant(s). Shared kitchen, laundry, and living area. Location is near Lackland AFB, Amazon warehouse, and lots of commercial spaces. We are in a new masterplan community and neighborhood is quiet.

ABOUT YOU:
Renters are mostly travelling professionals and/or military. It is very important that you are trustworthy and neat.

No pets. No Smoking. No alcohol. No overnight visitors.
Utilities included. Access to community pool included.

    "We lived in Lorrence Creek for almost twenty years. It’s a wonderful quiet area. It’s so convenient with everything so close. You can be to the airport in like 10 minutes and downtown in 20 minutes. Love that there is an HEB and great dining options less than a mile away. If you have kids, the schools are close by and easy to get to. "
