Chaffee gait approx. 10-15 min away. This move-in-ready property is ideal for military families, traveling professionals, contractors, corporate housing, and extended-stay guests looking for a comfortable home away from home.

The home features a welcoming layout with stylish furnishings, comfortable living areas, office room with desk, laundry room with washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essentials needed for a convenient and stress-free stay. The private backyard provides a great space to relax, entertain, or enjoy time outdoors.

All utilities included, including high speed internet.

Minimum stay: 30 days.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Security deposit: $1200

Utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, and Wi-Fi) are included.

No smoking or vaping inside the property.

Pets allowed with a $50 pet deposit (subject to approval), non-refundable and an added $25/month.

Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and reporting maintenance issues promptly with email. This includes emptying lint trap in dryer.

Parking: Two designated parking spaces included. Street parking is also available.

Tenant is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 30-day written notice is required to terminate or extend the lease unless otherwise agreed.

Any violation of the lease terms may result in termination of the rental agreement.
