Beautiful almost new 3 bedroom and 2 and a half bathroom townhouse with laundry upstairs with all three bedrooms and 2 full bath. The main level has a half bath and an open kitchen and dining and living area. There is a balcony on both sides of this level. The lower level has a full two car garage with extra storage area for bikes, etc..The lower level also has a commercial space and the main level is one flight of stairs up. The commercial space is currently rented but may come available. The rent includes the HOA fees and the community has a pool and hot tub, clubhouse, community BBQ, community fire pit, dog park area, community garden, and this unit is across the street from the bocce court which you can see from the balcony while sitting around the outdoor sofa and fire pit (included if desired).

Apologies - We cannot rent to UCSB students due to possible conflict of interest. We are hoping to find longer term tenants which is why I listed just below market rate. Rent will be higher if multiple adults (more than 2) will be sharing the space. We are pet friendly with an extra deposit. Specifics of the lease like length and deposit to be negotiated based on rental history and credit score. I'm an easy landlord for good tenants. If you take care of the place and communicate, we will do very well. Best to you in your search!

No smoking allowed.

There are two spaces for parking in the very large locked garage. Street parking is available outside the complex or inside for an additional fee.
