1 bedroom downstairs with private full bathroom and separate side entrance.
Upstairs: Master bedroom suite with sitting area, large balcony, large bathroom with tub, dual sinks and walk-in closet.

There is no community pool, however we are two blocks from miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking, and 30 minutes from the beach. The Rancho Simi Community Center has a membership pool with a small fee, 1.5 miles away.

The home is steps away from miles of Simi Valley's best hiking and mountainbiking trails. Freeway close to the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley, it is also well suited for Los Angeles commuters.

Included in the rent: HOA fees and weekly gardener, monthly spa maintenance.

Security deposit, property/landscape deposit, non refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet, background check and proof of income required. Preapproval with application thru Zillow (no fee) required before touring the property.
