House Rules & Expectations:
Quiet, Drama-Free Atmosphere: The house is designed for a peaceful, relaxing environment. All tenants are expected to maintain a respectful, friendly, and drama-free living situation.
Cleanliness: Tenants are responsible for keeping their personal spaces tidy and participating in regular cleaning of shared areas. A cleaning schedule will be provided.
Visitors: Visitors are welcome but must respect the privacy and peace of the household. Overnight guests require prior approval.

Utilities & Maintenance:
Included Utilities: Rent includes up to $70/month of utilities.
Tenant Responsibility: Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their private spaces and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Terms of Occupancy:
No additional persons or pets are allowed without prior approval from the landlord.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Renewal:
Lease Renewal: A lease renewal notice will be provided at least 30 days before the lease expiration date.
