This is an older historic home, and part of its charm is that it comes with a few quirks. The fireplaces are decorative only, as they do not draw well. The home has a smaller water heater and is therefore suitable for no more than two occupants. Mice may occasionally find their way inside, but they can generally be managed with traps or cats.

Perched above the low desert of Palm Desert people escape here from the high heat there. No fast food and Mom and pop shops. Dogs as Mayors for the village. It’s like living back when everyone knew your name, kids could ride their bikes, and they were safe. It’s a secret, not many people even know we are up here. So shhh we like it that way!
