About this House

This is a two bedroom, one bath, historic home, recently-renovated with tons of character, including views of the mountains and forest, a large sun room, and rocks and boulders incorporated into the interior and exterior. The home has around 1800 square feet of living space, central A/C and heat, a refrigerator, and washer/dryer hook ups. The furnishings and decorations shown in pictures are not included. We will consider allowing up to two well-mannered house pets. There is no fenced yard, so pets may only be outside when controlled on a leash. Renters' insurance with liability coverage is required for dogs. The rental term is one year. Great for anyone who is looking for a quiet home full of sunlight and beauty.

Note: This is an older home with some quirks. Fireplaces do not draw well and so are decorative only. The home has a small water heater, so it can only accommodate 2 occupants. Mice may get inside occasionally, but can be controlled with traps or cats.

Applicants Qualifications: Combined household income of $4750/mo. that must be verifiable. No prior evictions, unpaid rent or lawsuits with previous landlords. Positive rental references of at least 5 years. Credit sore of 620 or above. No criminal convictions that would indicate a risk to property. First months rent of $1900. Security deposit of $1900 without pets or deposit of $3800 with pets. Deposit is refundable on move out, if account is paid in full and home is left in good condition.
