Note: This is an older home with some quirks. Fireplaces do not draw well and so are decorative only. The home has a small water heater, so it can only accommodate 2 occupants. Mice may get inside occasionally, but can be controlled with traps or cats.

Applicants Qualifications: Combined household income of $4750/mo. that must be verifiable. No prior evictions, unpaid rent or lawsuits with previous landlords. Positive rental references of at least 5 years. Credit sore of 620 or above. No criminal convictions that would indicate a risk to property. First months rent of $1900. Security deposit of $1900 without pets or deposit of $3800 with pets. Deposit is refundable on move out, if account is paid in full and home is left in good condition. Perched above the low desert of Palm Desert people escape here from the high heat there. No fast food and Mom and pop shops. Dogs as Mayors for the village. It’s like living back when everyone knew your name, kids could ride their bikes, and they were safe. It’s a secret, not many people even know we are up here. So shhh we like it that way! It’s Magical!"
