This home is situated on a corner lot with plenty of on street parking.

Last but not least, heat and electric are included in the rent!

No smoking on premisis.

Owner provides heat and hot water.

Full application is required by tenants and excellent landlord references are required. There is a non-refundable fee of $20 per applicant for credit and background check.

    "We have the quick stop deli that is at the head of the neighborhood and it is very convenient because u can run there real quick if u need milk bread eggs anything really. Also it’s right next to an airport my son loves watching the planes overhead . The streets are very wide and low traffic so it is a nice neighborhood to take long walks with the kids or animals "
