Our property was built in 2008 and offers two bedroom apartments with ample sized living rooms and bedrooms. The bathrooms are oversized as well.

Both the generously sized living room and spacious bedrooms will certainly accommodate all of your furnishings. This will give you a comforting sense of home on your very first night in the apartment.

The kitchen offers oak cabinets and bright white appliances. This simultaneously provides an inviting and spotless look and feel.


The apartment also offers in unit laundry. So you would have the comfort of washing your clothes at any time and in a machine that only you use.

The exteriors of our recently built property are kept neat and clean as well as landscaped. This will impress you and your guests even before entering the apartment.

The property is on a cul-de-sac and sits directly across the street from a recently installed park. The park offers a jungle gym, basketball court, an open field, and a baseball diamond. No matter what your outdoor activity is our property can accommodate it directly across the street.

Given its central location it is only a few minutes' drive to downtown Kingston in one direction or the Rondout district in the other. The property is only a few blocks from Broadway and all the restaurants and bars found there. This provides you with many convenient choices for a night of entertainment whether it be dinner out or meeting friends for a drink after work.

Furthermore, the property's location makes it ideal for commuters since it is a 5 minute drive to the NYS Throughway I-87. It is also approximately 10 minutes to Route9W and the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, and 20 minutes to the Rhinecliff Amtrak Station. City bus service is one block away. Each apartment comes with a reserved parking space making it problem free when you return from a day's work.

Tenants are responsible for their only electric, and water & sewer.
