This is a classic 1950's 2 bedroom plus den cottage with loads of charm and privacy. A brand new energy efficient HVAC system including air was
recently done. The original oak floors have been completely redone throughout. They update the house and are light in color. The primary bathroom has two sinks and two medicine cabinets at either end along with two individual mirrors and a vintage bathtub with a pull aound curtain. The bathtub was recently refinished and is great for a relaxing soak. The bathroom counter has slotted wood beneath to store all your thick bath towels and excessories and soaps. The bedrooms and the bathroom all have vintage 1930's doors including the old hardware. Even the front door is a vintage paneled door with glass on top. All new energy efficient LED dimmable can lighting has been installed throughout the house helping to keep your energy costs low. New window coverings have also been done throughout the house with custom wood valances above. Completely repainted white inside, the house feels bright, fresh and clean. The over the range microwave is brand new, and has never been used. The house includes a newer washer and dryer, and fridge. The backyard and deck is the added plus to this home. So quiet and relaxing. The 2 car garage is detached and is located at the end of a long driveway creating additional privacy. The house will be available to rent in March. We are requesting no pets at this time.

Although this is a month to month tenacy, we are looking for a long term tenant. Our previous tenants have resided there for many years. Renter is responsible for water and trash. The yard is beautiful because it gets watered regularly. It is on an automated drip system but still needs occasional watering with a hose. You should budget for the water bill including laundry, kitchen use, bathing and yard, to be around $75 per month or more depending on the time of year. It is billed every two months. A gardener is included with your rent. There is no vaping or smoking on the property. Absolutely no drugs of any kind. Preferably, we are looking for a professional tenant that will respect this property. A minimum credit score of 700 is required. Security deposit equals monthly rent and renters insurance is required.
