So quiet and relaxing. The 2 car garage is detached and is located at the end of a long driveway creating additional privacy. The house will be available to rent in March. We are requesting no pets at this time.
Although this is a month to month tenacy, we are looking for a long term tenant. Our previous tenants have resided there for many years. Renter is responsible for water and trash. The yard is beautiful because it gets watered regularly. It is on an automated drip system but still needs occasional watering with a hose. You should budget for the water bill including laundry, kitchen use, bathing and yard, to be around $75 per month or more depending on the time of year. It is billed every two months. A gardener is included with your rent. There is no vaping or smoking on the property. Absolutely no drugs of any kind. Preferably, we are looking for a professional tenant that will respect this property. A minimum credit score of 700 is required. Security deposit equals monthly rent and renters insurance is required.
