This fully furnished home has a large fenced backyard and has been remodeled in the past 5 years with new appliances, roof, and HVAC system. It has a brand-new deck in the back that wraps around for easy access from the kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a new mattress, and a walk-in closet in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There is also an attached 2-car garage. It is located in a very safe neighborhood, and the people in the area look out for one another. The landlord maintains the yard, and the tenant will maintain any snow removal. A background check will be performed, and a credit score of at least 700 is required; references will be checked. The furniture must stay in the home and cannot be relocated. You will absolutely love this home for its very large fenced backyard for any pets you may have.

The lease is month-to-month. I will also do a 3-12 month lease. I will not accept credit cards for payment. I will accept money orders, cash, checks, or Venmo. Credit score must be at least an 700. Prospective tenant(s) must pay for garbage and electric costs.The landlord will care for the lawn, sewer, gas and internet. I'm not able to accept HUD or Section 8 housing at this time.
