We are looking for a fun, outdoorsy and responsible tenant who is looking for a quiet, large space. We will hardly ever be around, though will maintain a bedroom downstairs that is separate.

You will have the upstairs as your private space that includes: 1 master bedroom with a private balcony, + 2 bedrooms, + 1 master bathroom.

The entrance, 2 living rooms, kitchen, patio, and laundry room are shared. However, we owners are moving to another place closer to work and school and will hardly be around.

This home is loved and well-maintained set on 2.5 private acres among the pines connected to trails. Hiking and biking trails out the door, backyard rock outcroppings invite a little bouldering and wildlife often wander in the idyllic seasonal stream. From peaceful mornings with coffee, to BBQs on the patio and alpenglow sunsets, this is a place made for enjoying life outside. Inside, hardwood floors, textured accents and expansive windows bring the outdoors in. The open kitchen offers generous counter space and bar seating with an easy flow to dining & living spaces.

The oversized detached garage has EV charger, a workbench, great storage and room for bikes, skis, climbing gear and all the toys that come with Colorado living. Pinewood Springs is a vibrant mountain community with miles of trails and The Tubs, a favorite local swimming hole. Just down the road, Lyons offers great shops and restaurants, good schools, live music and festivals, trails and summer days along the St. Vrain. Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Longmont, and Boulder are all within easy reach.

Ideally we are looking for 12 month lease.

    "Great mix of folks. Fabulous location; close to Boulder and Longmont, 22 miles to Estes Park. Great access to mountains but many close parks and trails too in Hall, Heil, Rabbit Mtn, and the Longmont Dam/Price Reservoir. "

    "I live in this area and it is sometimes shocking how beautiful and serene it is. Surrounded by national forests and trails, you can find stunning rock outcroppings, smooth rock rivers and fields of wild flowers. The community is respectful of privacy but extremely helpful if needed-- as witnessed in the floods. Lyons is a close 10 miles away with a vibrant art and music community and delicious restaurants. Estes park is about 15 minutes away, which is where Rocky Mountain National Park is. There is a ton of wildlife too. Definitely a slice of heaven. "

    "This is a friendly, spacious and laid back area two miles outside Lyons town limits, with large lots and privacy, yet only a half an hour from Boulder, and twenty-five minutes to Longmont."

    "Ride 20 or more miles of amazing singletrack and then hit Oskar Blues for great food and beer (and maybe a show). Or just hang by the river and read a book while tubers float by. Plenty to do in Lyons, lots of friendly folks, and a mellow atmosphere make it a great place to live. "
