Recently updated and newly installed Ductless Heat Pump- providing optimal air conditioning for the warm summer months as well as heating for winters. Living room has an amazing wood burning fire place as well. Newer appliances that are provided within the home. Spacious backyard with raised flower beds for gardening, and irrigation system. The home also has outdoor cameras installed, providing 24/hour surveillance system.

Renter is responsible for paying electric/water, as well as monthly garbage expenses. Must provide renters insurance, and last 5 years of rental history.
No smoking allowed within the home. Month-to-month rent available along with 6 month lease option; both with a 60 day notice policy for termination of contract. Deposit of $1,000 and if there will be a pet, a non-refundable $500 pet deposit (per pet) will be asked in addition to the first month's rent/deposit. Landlord will conduct a yearly walk-through to analyze depreciation value on the home, and tenants will be notified of set date at least 30 days prior to inspection. Tenants are asked to maintain and upkeep the yard work in the front and back, minimal of mowing and raking throughout the year.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
