No smoking allowed within the home. Month-to-month rent available along with 6 month lease option; both with a 60 day notice policy for termination of contract. Deposit of $1,000 and if there will be a pet, a non-refundable $500 pet deposit (per pet) will be asked in addition to the first month's rent/deposit. Landlord will conduct a yearly walk-through to analyze depreciation value on the home, and tenants will be notified of set date at least 30 days prior to inspection.
