Currently has more furnishings than are shown in pictures, and does not come with bed in bedroom.

2 bedroom 1 Bath lower flat in quiet neighborhood just down the street from Desert Oasis and Wilson Park. Large backyard with garden box and spacious front porch make this home a great place to host bonfires or just chill outside on a slow day. Laundry machines are conveniently located in the basement along with ample storage. Parking in the driveway and extra parking in the street are available. Utilities are paid for by the tenant and lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant with a provided lawn mower.
