Cottage is located on 1.5 acres of land that is shared with three other cottages and there is an ample lawn, a tree grove and plenty of space for gardening.

Long-term lease only - minimum 1 year. Will require background inquiry including past landlords and employer. Ask about pet policy.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
