A $3,000 security deposit is required upon signing. Refundable within 7 days after move-out, less deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or lease violations.
4. Utilities
Electricity is provided by the landlord and capped at $300/month. Any usage beyond the cap is billed to the tenant. Tenant may also opt for alternative utility handling if agreed in writing.
5. Maintenance & Repairs
