Charming Lodi home for rent. It is located in central Lodi, right off Lodi Avenue. Lots of restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, and many more are only a few minutes away by car. Downtown Lodi is only 5 minutes away!

This three-bedroom, one-bath, single-family home is a Lodi charmer! It also has a fenced backyard and a parking space off the alleyway. We do accept pets at this property with an additional monthly pet rent.

The rent base is $1900 (+ negotiated pet rent, if applicable), and the deposit is one month's rent. We follow all CA Fair Housing Standards.

Non-smoking property.

All applicants must fill out an application and the household income must be at least 3x the rent.

We start with a 6-month lease, and then offer month-to-month terms.

One vehicle can be parked behind the unit in the gated backyard/parking space. Tenants are responsible for all yard maintenance and will be required to maintain the fenced backyard.

All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out an application and pass all credit/background/landlord histories. There is a $40 fee per person for the credit check.

We do not insure tenants and strongly encourage renters' insurance.
