This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 9 (13 if they share a full bed) guests and is thoughtfully prepared to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Sleeping arrangements:

 1 Queen-size bed in room 2
 2 full beds in room 3
 2 full beds in room 4
 1 Full sofa bed located in the living room
Can sleep up to 14 if two people sleep in a full bed, and nine if they don't share the full beds.

We provide extra blankets and towels to ensure everyone stays cozy and comfortable throughout your stay.

 No Events or Parties are allowed on the property.
 No Third-Party Bookings guests must book directly.
 Guests are responsible for any damages or theft during their stay.

 Smoke-Free Home
 No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana allowed.
 Violation may result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.
 Any smoking odors left behind will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

 Security Note
 For your safety and the protection of the home, the property is equipped with an ADT home security system.
