The downstairs apartment has a large kitchen, a back door mud room with a washer and dryer, and private off-street parking right outside the door. The beautiful front porch makes a great meeting place for friends while enjoying the southern comfort of days past. Central heat and AC will keep you cool during the hot summer days. The apartment is unfurnished, however, if furniture is needed, just let me know. This is a long-term lease of one to two years, one month's deposit and an application will have you moved in no time. Some dogs are accepted with a non-refundable pet fee.

The water, sewer, and trash pickup are included with the rent. Yard care is included also.

The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. There is an Amphitheatre close by which has many local and international events. Loads of restaurants, wine tasting and bars, shops/boutiques, museums including the Fountain of youth ca be visited."

It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age. There’s tons of sidewalks, parks, ponds, wildlife, and very easy access to all types of stores and restaurants. "
