Large two-bedroom, one-bath unit located within walking distance of everything downtown. This beautiful old building built in 1912 continues to show off its great features. The downstairs apartment has a large kitchen, a back door mud room with a washer and dryer, and private off-street parking right outside the door. The beautiful front porch makes a great meeting place for friends while enjoying the southern comfort of days past. Central heat and AC will keep you cool during the hot summer days. The apartment is unfurnished, however, if furniture is needed, just let me know. This is a long-term lease of one to two years, one month's deposit and an application will have you moved in no time. Some dogs are accepted with a non-refundable pet fee.

The water, sewer, and trash pickup are included with the rent. Yard care is included also.
