The apartment is unfurnished, however, if furniture is needed, just let me know. This is a long-term lease of one to two years, one month's deposit and an application will have you moved in no time. Some dogs are accepted with a non-refundable pet fee.

The water, sewer, and trash pickup are included with the rent. Yard care is included also.
