Hi there, my name is Emily! I currently lease a 2 bedroom/2 bath (back unit) condo in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa and I'm looking for someone who is available to move in April 1st or thereabouts! Rental term would be for at least a year... or longer, but is on a monthly contract (for the benefit of both parties).

Please note that this is a sub-lease for a 1 bedroom/1 bath in a 2 bed/2 bath unit. I have lived in this apartment for almost 10 years, so all appliances, furniture, and decorations have already been established. You will of course have access to and be able to use/enjoy anything you'd like though! Additional free space in kitchen is available for your small odds and ends. The bedroom will be completely unfurnished.

I'm a single, mid-30's female who's pretty quiet, works from home, loves to travel, spends time outdoors, but also loves to be at home and binge TV shows. I have a handsome ten-year-old Australian Shepherd, who will be your absolute best friend, if you let him! He does shed, but I try to keep the place as clean as possible.

I'm looking for a roommate -- female, late 20's to mid-late 30's -- who is clean and tidy and will treat the place like a home. Someone who has settled down and wants a safe haven to come home to at night. I don't mind if you have friends/significant others over, but no crazy loud parties, no drugs and no smoking/vaping. So sorry, but no more pets. If you do not fit this description, I probably won't reply... very sorry.
