I have lived in this apartment for almost 10 years, so all appliances, furniture, and decorations have already been established. You will of course have access to and be able to use/enjoy anything you'd like though! Additional free space in kitchen is available for your small odds and ends. The bedroom will be completely unfurnished.
I'm a single, mid-30's female who's pretty quiet, works from home, loves to travel, spends time outdoors, but also loves to be at home and binge TV shows. I have a handsome ten-year-old Australian Shepherd, who will be your absolute best friend, if you let him! He does shed, but I try to keep the place as clean as possible.
