This is in a six unit townhouse style apartment. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, river paths, and pickleball! The unit to be rented is currently being updated and will be even nicer than photos. Refurbished hardwood floors upstairs and LVP downstairs. Fully remodeled kitchen with new appliances and cabinets. Washer and dryer in unit! Off street parking.

Two bedrooms both upstairs. One bedroom is large and the other (guest room, office) is smaller. The wall downstairs was removed and it is all open and bright. Ready for someone to make it their own.

I know its a bit of a leap of faith agreeing to something currently being updated, but who doesn't want to be in a brand new space. I will update on progress.

Standard lease terms, no subletting. Six month or year lease. If shorter is desired, we could work something out. No smoking in building. Garbage and water for $50 bringing total to $1550.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "

    "I am retired and drive in when I need to. The commute to Springfield downtown is about 10minutes and the commute to Eugene is 15 to 20. Also about 20 minutes to drive up the river to camping, fishing, kayaking, etc."
