This is a 2nd floor, one bedroom, one bathroom unit in the back of the building and has great closet storage, new kitchen appliances and lovely hardwood floors. It has a private locked outer entrance and is one flight up a stairway that is shared with only one other unit.

This light, bright and breezy apartment has a small, private balcony and is in the back of an established building with respectful and quiet tenants. There is a coin laundry on premises and it is a very quiet, respectful group of tenants. Available now and perfect for one person, or two who really like each other.

No pets. Please don't ask for exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

Street parking only. Comes with a small, locked storage area as well.

Gorgeous, shaded communal garden. Wonderful, wide and quite street. One of the best stretches of 1st street!

One year lease. No Subletting or Short-term rentals.

Owner pays for water and trash. Shared laundry in building. First month's rent ($2175) and security ($2175) due on signing. $40 fee for application.
