This 1980 home was given a thorough remodel in 2025. At 924 square feet, this home includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large living room, a fully appointed kitchen, two outdoor storage sheds, and enough parking space to accommodate two cars comfortably directly adjacent to the house.

The front door of the home sits on a covered front porch. A unique deck wraps around the front porch. This deck is large enough to accommodate a set of outdoor furniture. Upon initial entry, you step right into the home's large living room. A set of four windows brings an abundance of natural light into this room.

A breakfast bar with a row of cupboards overhead separates the living room from the kitchen. This breakfast bar is wide enough to accommodate three bar stools. The kitchen comes complete with a large refrigerator, an electric stove and oven, a dual basin stainless steel sink, laminate countertops, rows of cupboards and drawers above and below the counters, and a pantry. There is space adjacent to the pantry and next to a window to accommodate a small dining area. A larger dining area can also be incorporated anywhere in the living room.

The hallway adjacent to the living room takes you to the guest bedroom, to the bathroom, to the master bedroom, and to the home's back door.

The guest bedroom features a wide closet with built-in shelving. The bathroom features a walk-in shower stall, a linen closet, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and a sink vanity with cupboards. The master bedroom features a large lighted walk-in closet. The home's back door leads to the back yard and has a small porch of its own.

There is a nook for a washing machine and another for a dryer right outside the bathroom entrance. Washer and dryer hookups are readily available for tenants to use.

Floors in the kitchen and in the bathroom are luxury vinyl plank flooring, while the rest of the house is completely carpeted. Heat in the home is provided by a forced air gas furnace. There is a wall-mounted air conditioning unit in the living room, and another one in the master bedroom. There are two outdoor sheds in the home's back yard readily available for tenants to use.
