There is space adjacent to the pantry and next to a window to accommodate a small dining area. A larger dining area can also be incorporated anywhere in the living room.

The hallway adjacent to the living room takes you to the guest bedroom, to the bathroom, to the master bedroom, and to the home's back door.

The guest bedroom features a wide closet with built-in shelving. The bathroom features a walk-in shower stall, a linen closet, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and a sink vanity with cupboards. The master bedroom features a large lighted walk-in closet. The home's back door leads to the back yard and has a small porch of its own.

There is a nook for a washing machine and another for a dryer right outside the bathroom entrance. Washer and dryer hookups are readily available for tenants to use.

Floors in the kitchen and in the bathroom are luxury vinyl plank flooring, while the rest of the house is completely carpeted. Heat in the home is provided by a forced air gas furnace. There is a wall-mounted air conditioning unit in the living room, and another one in the master bedroom. There are two outdoor sheds in the home's back yard readily available for tenants to use.
