No parties. No drugs. No smoking on premises. No pets. No storage. Zero tolerance - violation of these rules will result in eviction.

Lease term minimum is 6 months with option to extend on a month-to-month basis with 30-day written notice prior to the conclusion of existing lease, based on availability. Contingent upon mutually agreed written lease agreement between tenant, property manager, and landlord.

Cleanliness of shared spaces is shared responsibility of all tenants. Shared spaces include: living room, dining area, kitchen, and back deck.

Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after themselves when using dishware, cookware and kitchen appliances and all shared spaces.

Tenant is responsible for washing and drying all linens (optional linen package available for +$25/month - required to return in same condition at completion of lease agreement), maintaining clean, organized bedroom, cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces, and collaborating with other housemates in order to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and clean living environment for all tenants.

Tenant responsible to collaborate with housemates and place trash and recycling bins on curb by Monday evening for Tuesday morning collection each week. Post pickup, bins are to be returned and stored along the Right side of the house next to AC unit.

30-day written notice required for any request to move out prior to the agreed upon, signed lease dates.

    "I can only speak to my personal experience living in Bronzeville for the past 3 years. There is a ton this neighborhood has to offer, including quick access to most of the city, close to the conservatory, main library, and Columbus Museum of Art. There are bus lines going through multiple corridors. The neighborhood is also prime for development along Long Street. Even though I have not experienced it myself, there is still some crime in the area. However, the crime rate is lower than any almost every other neighborhood adjacent to downtown. Unfortunately, the schools do not have good ratings, but I have no personal experience there. The new local library is very nice. "
