FULL Disclosures: Please be advised on Forest living.
1.) Septic & Well (high end filtration system) may still have sulfur, mineral taste and smell with hard water stain,
2.) Elevation is 6,900 feet and on 2 miles of dirt road that is maintained by county road works but not guaranteed. 4x4 and or all-wheel drive with snow chains is a must during harsh weathers of snowstorms.
3.) There are other tenants living in the property on separate units, so anonymity is key to share this beautiful property.
4.) Walker WIFI (not guaranteed to be always @ optimum) $30 & $40 for electric use monthly.
5.) No curbside garbage community dumpster provided.
6.) No garage access parking off road 1 car per tenant (weather permitting)
7.) No Laundry Facility.
8.) No kitchen, small fridge & microwave provided.
9.) Fire Season must abide when restrictions are enforced and or have to evacuate due to fire.
10.) first month + security deposit due upon moving in.

Month to Month Lease with option to renew to yearly.
Security Deposit plus first months rent. Electric monthly $40 and Wifi $30 monthly.
