This is a really terrific rental for nurses, seniors, professionals that are truly looking for a quiet, safe and private rental. Close to town in one of the best neighborhoods in Prescott.

Spacious and recently restored studio loaded with amenities. This private retreat is located on a quiet street and situated among the pines near Thumb Butte in West Prescott. A private driveway and entrance as well as a furnished secluded patio allow you to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while watching our local wildlife. Hiking Thumb Butte is only a few blocks away.

Tastefully decorated throughout with dedicated spaces for bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining, bath and even an office area. Kitchen features beautiful granite counters, breakfast bar seating and one year old full-size stainless steel appliances. All kitchen necessities are included as well. This is a beautiful, cozy and comfortable place to live. Move-in ready and available now. This is a lower level of a private residence (mother-in-law suite) and available to single occupants (double occupancy only with approval. Couples may be considered.) Landlord lives on main level of home. Laundry area is available and shared with owner.

2.6 miles to Yavapai County Courthouse. (downtown)
2.8 Miles to Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center.

-No pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs or activity - NO EXCEPTION

-There is a no noise tolerance
-3, 6 or 12 month lease will be considered. We are seeking a long term tenant, however we prefer to start with a 3 month lease as a trial, ensuring we are compatible for one another.
