Successful applicants must meet minimum credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, & income-to-rent ratios; must show up on time for scheduled showing or send prior notice they will be late or need to reschedule. Credit reports required for all applicants, plus a verifiable source of income (e.g., employment with 2 months of recent pay stubs or other). Leasing criteria include no bankruptcies, evictions, or lease defaults. Comprehensive reusable credit reports not accepted. Screenings through property management software TurboTenant. Applications are digital. Non-refundable application fee= $45 per applicant.

    "Sidewalks are Horribly kept here. Accessibility in that regard is terrible. Also no one sweeps their sidewalks, so they get covered in gross wet clumps of leaves and petals in the fall and spring. And people love to let their dogs poop everywhere and never pick it up 👌"

I don’t even know where the schools are around here, besides the community college lol. Honestly, I would move out of Capitol Hill if I wanted to raise a family. "
