Enjoy the fruit trees in the backyard including apples, figs, lemons and plums! The recently updated kitchen has a modern stove/oven and dishwasher. The bathroom was also recently updated, and new carpet and flooring throughout the house. The washroom has a recently purchased Samsung washer and dryer. McNear Park is one block away with a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas and ample grass for running around. Large driveway and street parking available.
There is a studio across the backyard that's currently occupied by a quiet young woman who is our dear friend so we are looking for the right tenant to take over the main house. You may never see her as she is a full time student and works evenings. The backyard and the laundry room are shared with her.
Owner pays for garbage, renter pays all other utilities. No smoking is allowed in the house. Rent is $3,600/month.
