The bathroom was also recently updated, and new carpet and flooring throughout the house. The washroom has a recently purchased Samsung washer and dryer. McNear Park is one block away with a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas and ample grass for running around. Large driveway and street parking available.
There is a studio across the backyard that's currently occupied by a quiet young woman who is our dear friend so we are looking for the right tenant to take over the main house. You may never see her as she is a full time student and works evenings. The backyard and the laundry room are shared with her.
