We live in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood with no thru-traffic, right next to the river trail on the north end of town. Your private downstairs apartment includes two bedrooms, your own bathroom, a bonus/living room, kitchen, storage room, large mudroom/entryway, private entrance from alleyway, and your own personal section of the yard space with a covered deck area to sit. Laundry room shared with owners.

We are a laid back family of 5 (1 baby, 1 toddler, 1 teenager). Our ideal renter would be a couple, a family with a toddler, or a single renter.

One dog considered, but no cats - we already have one dog and two kitties who wander around the yard. They're super friendly and sweet; feel free to hang out with them.

No cigarette smokers.

Available now. Price does not include utilities. Asking for first month plus security deposit of $1900.

Short walk to North City Market, Riverview Elementary, the river trail, and 29th st park.

Owners live upstairs.

Off street parking.

Storage room included.

Laundry room shared with owners.
