As you enter the home, you are welcomed into an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with laminate wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Two spacious bedrooms share a beautifully updated bathroom.

The laundry area includes washer/dryer connections and leads out to a private enclosed screened patio. Residents can also enjoy the shared outdoor patio and fire pit area. Additional storage space is available in the shed.

Landscape, water, and trash service are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet.

Pets negotiable.

All applicants over the age of 18 must apply separately to complete screening for credit, criminal backgrounds and eviction history.

Qualifications:

-Income: Must make three times the rent (income can be combined if more than one applicant)

-Provide proof of income

-Credit score at least 600

-No evictions filed in the last three years

-Positive rental history

-Criminal background clear
