The laundry area includes washer/dryer connections and leads out to a private enclosed screened patio. Residents can also enjoy the shared outdoor patio and fire pit area. Additional storage space is available in the shed.

Landscape, pest control, water, and trash service are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet.

All applicants over the age of 18 must apply separately to complete screening for credit, criminal backgrounds and eviction history.
