1 year lease, lease will begin move in date, the tenant will not have access to property until official move in date and start of lease agreement. Rent due monthly on agreed date in lease, there will be a $10 late fee added for every day late on rent. Can discuss longer lease or payment in full/advanced lump sum payment prior to lease signing. $2800 deposit due at signing, 1st month rent due by move in date. Proof of renter insurance, and utility set up due by move in date. There will be an additional $50/per pet included in your monthly rent. $300 will be deducted from deposit automatically for cleaning fees prior to return of deposit upon completion of lease. Final walk through will be completed no sooner than 1 week prior to move in date and all final agreements and acknowledgments will be signed at this time. This is a smoke free property, no smoking allowed. No drugs will be permitted on the premises. If any rental policy is broken or ignored, it can result in eviction and no refund of deposit. All HOA rules will be followed. Landlord will pay trash, yard maintenance, and HOA fees.
