1 year lease, lease will begin move in date, the tenant will not have access to property until official move in date and start of lease agreement. Rent due monthly on agreed date in lease, there will be a $10 late fee added for every day late on rent. Can discuss longer lease or payment in full/advanced lump sum payment prior to lease signing. $2800 deposit due at signing, 1st month rent due by move in date. Proof of renter insurance, and utility set up due by move in date.
