Built in 2001, this two-story home features an attached garage, a cozy fireplace, private fenced patio, and washer and dryer are included. The community offers a pool for residents to enjoy. Conveniently located near I-20 at Salem Road, you're minutes from shopping, dining, and an easy commute into the Atlanta area.

Rent includes our optional Resident Benefits Package for $30/month, which includes replacement furnace filters, on-demand pest control, and other valuable benefits designed to make renting easy.

Lease Details:
-Available now for a 12-month lease.
-Security deposit is one month's rent, or ask about our deposit-free alternative through Obligo for qualified applicants.
-Application fee is $50 per adult.
-Resident is responsible for all utilities.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-Dogs and cats are welcome, subject to additional fees and size/breed restrictions (service and ESA animals are exempt).

There is a holding deposit of $250 per home, which is credited to the approved applicant's first month's rent after move-in, refunded if the application is denied, or forfeited if the move-in is canceled by an approved applicant. Approved applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours after approval of the Lease. The Lease start date must be within 10 days after approval. Images may include virtually staged appliances or furnishings. These enhancements are for illustrative purposes and may not represent physical items present which may differ from the actual property condition.
