The Fern Forest Hideaway is a fully furnished short to mid term rental.
It is the top floor of a converted single family home. The top floor is level with the driveway though, as the house is on a hill.
The unit is totally separate so you have your privacy, full kitchen, two bedrooms, an office (or 3rd bedroom) and a bathroom. The house is located on 10 beautiful acres of fields and forest.
The house is fully furnished. Just bring your personal items!
The view is amazing, overlooking the property and a glimpse of the city in the distance.
You will likely see deer, bunnies, birds. The night sky view is beautiful.

This is a quiet country forest setting with long term tenants that live on and take care of the property, garden and chickens.
This is a great place to getaway from the hustle and bustle. It is ideal for those who appreciate some quiet time to disconnect and enjoy nature but don't mind being close to the friendly neighbors.

Access to shopping, city amenities and some of our states best wineries all nearby!
Only 2.2 miles to Target or Walmart, 3 miles to Fred Meyer and all the shopping access you might need on West 11th.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
