A fully furnished one-bedroom guest house, sectioned off from the main house like a duplex. It has its own private entrance, its own yard, and a dedicated parking spot no shared hallways or shared doors. It functions as a standalone home.
The unit has 14-foot ceilings, which make it feel more open than a standard apartment. The bedroom has a queen bed with linens. The living room has a pullout La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa for an occasional guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and espresso machine, plus cookware, dishes, and silverware. The bathroom is subway-tiled with a hair dryer.
For everyday use, there are two smart TVs, a sound system, and high-speed WiFi. Cleanings are available on request during your stay.
Location: east of downtown in the 85034 corridor. About 10 minutes from Sky Harbor and downtown, with quick access to I-10, the 51, and Loop 202 Scottsdale and Tempe are roughly 15 minutes out. Valley Metro light rail runs nearby. This is a car-dependent area; within walking distance there are a couple of gas stations, a Family Dollar, and a Mexican market.
A good fit if you're relocating, working remotely, between homes, or want a furnished place without setting one up yourself. Furnished, WiFi included, ready to move in.
