I bought this property in 2016 as a new build, and in 2019, I built a rear unit specifically for Airbnb; which stays almost fully booked year-round and has 800+ five-star reviews. I'm happy to transfer the Airbnb with bookings over to the new buyer, as well as my cleaning and messaging team.
