I bought this property in 2016 as a new build, and in 2019, I built a rear unit specifically for Airbnb; which stays almost fully booked year-round and has 800+ five-star reviews. I'm happy to transfer the Airbnb with bookings over to the new buyer, as well as my cleaning and messaging team. I rent the 4b front house out by the room, and have been for the last 9 years, I have signed leases and am able to transfer or relocate the current tenants if desired.
